To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Product Condition
    The product's condition that this store accepts for a return or exchange are 
    Only new products
     This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label for domestic (USA) orders.

Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Domestic (USA) Returns

We offer free returns for domestic (USA) orders.

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.


International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

All other return conditions remain the same as domestic orders.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item following the return process above.

Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
